Certification and warranty

Wood is a material that will last for years and years if treated properly. Examples of this can be seen in the casements in ancient houses and palaces which, even without maintenance, have remained fully operational for decades and are still structurally sound.

The window must be accompanied by certification to prove its quality and thermal-insulation properties!

Danese is certified compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

This shows customers how Danese keeps every aspect of its corporate activities under control: from sales to production, through to delivery and after-sales service. The Quality System guarantees that the services and products offered comply with the precise quality standards that Danese has established for its customers. 
All the various types of timber windows made by Danese are tested in our Test Laboratory. Once they have passed our in-house exam, we ask the most highly qualified external laboratories to measure the technical performance of our windows.

CE LABELLING

In compliance with European Directive 89/106/CE and UNI EN 14351-1 and UNI EN 13659regulations governing production standards, Danese adopts CE labelling to guarantee that every item fully complies with the fundamental requirements concerning safety, public health, and consumer protection. 

WARRANTIES

Doors and windows supplied untreated

For a period of 2 years from the date of invoice, DANESE S.p.A. exclusively guarantees that its fixtures are free from any construction defects that might impair their functioning and that it will replace or repair, free of charge, only such parts whose functioning has been found to be defective by the seller.

Doors and windows supplied painted

For a period of 10 years from the date of invoice, DANESE S.p.A. It offers an extended warranty on both the operation of the frame as well as the durability of the coating.
The extended warranty is formalized by a Warranty Certificate which must be signed by the parties.
